Product introduction
The ASTP 5007 Flame Test Instrumentis designed and developed according to ASTP5007-2006, and shares the same control system with the alcohol burner combustion tester. Add gas control system and gas circuit to save cost for users.
1.Features of box and fixture

2.Burner and gas control
2.1 Bunsen burner imported from the United States, with barrel length of 100mm ± 10mm and inner diameter of 11mm; Fully meet the requirements of IEC60695-11-4 burner;
2.2 The burner itself can adjust the flow and air intake;
2.3.The ASTP 5007 Flame Test Instrumentis equipped with imported flowmeter and precision needle valve to accurately control the flow of combustion gas;
2.4 Imported brand high-precision pressure regulating valve and pressure gauge 0~0.4Mpa;
3.Microcomputer control system
3.1 Touch screen of programmable controller to realize control/detection calculation/data display;
3.2 Pulse high-voltage electronic automatic ignition;
3.3 The timing button cooperates with PLC to automatically record and store the burning time;
3.4 It is unnecessary to hold a stopwatch or manuscript for timing; The test time system automatically records and generates the test report;
3.5 The test time and heating time can be set on the touch screen. Meet the requirements of various test standards;
3.6 The automatic timer device can record the test time and store it in the system, and the report can be queried;
3.7 The top shall be equipped with smoke exhaust fan device, and exhaust gas generated by combustion shall be discharged after the test; Note: The customer shall provide smoke exhaust pipe and gas;
